My name is Grace, and I’m a soon-to-graduate graduate student, volunteer, health nut, yogi, rower, baked goods consumer, and a lot of other things. I recently became interested in baking, but I wanted to learn how to make healthier baked goods that tasted good, too! This blog is basically to document my attempts at baking healthy treats (some unhealthy ones in there, gotta live a little) and showcase some of my favorite recipes.

Why the title “more sour cream”? A couple of years ago, I ended up living and teaching English in Russia (long story). Their answer to adding flavor to food was simply to dump a load of sour cream onto it. Pancakes, soups, you name it, sour cream was sure to be on it. This maddening tendency drove me insane. More sour cream is tongue-in-cheek — you don’t need sour cream to make food taste good.
